practice makes permanent, not perfect. Is what my high school orchestra teacher used to tell us because, if you keep practicing something wrong . . that’s how you’ll always play it …wrong. I actually practice more now than I did when I was in orchestra! . . .ohhhh, that’s sad actually :-\

I really want to search tumblr to find posts for the band Orgy . . but I’m scared to search tags for “orgy” and their album “candyass” isn’t a good tag to search either … . I can never find anything of theirs without first burning my eyes with horrible things . . gah!

argh . .

I really really wanna pinch this here bag that we got for someone else but I know I shouldn’t. Everyone else who ever gotten one for me has done so and I want to too, but must resist! I could really use a nice big hit of this lovely shit but know it’s the wrong thing to do.

Goddamn conscious, always making me miss out on the things I want even though I know, if the roles were reversed, that they would be unlikely to show me the same courtesy … .damnit. damnit all!

My 2 o’clock Hot Stone cancelled, leaving a 3hr gap in my day :-\
But I shall be productive because my priorities were a little off, for a while there. So … . .

Time for Vibration Training (a form of ecstatic dance), some yoga, some much-needed core exercises, and then lunch and reading more about the power of music, which I’m putting to use with my drumming/tribal-styles/trancy music for my Vibration Training. It makes me feel like I could float off, so light and, I don’t know . . perfectly content :-)
